Facilities

Imported from data/greenville_seed.csv (146), data/anderson_seed.csv (46), and data/asheville_seed.csv (122). Anderson and Asheville add market and state columns. Each row keeps its sources and confidence fields. Confidence is high when OpenStreetMap and Overture were matched, and single-source otherwise. The same operator can appear more than once when sources disagree on the address. Those rows stay separate until a reviewed claim shows they are the same place. Pairs an owner has confirmed as different businesses are excluded from that merge.

Mobile containers

Imported from the Greenville, Anderson, and Asheville mobile CSVs. A provider that appears in more than one market is stored once, with a separate evidence row per market. Town coverage is an interpretation of the evidence sentence. A company is listed on a town page only when the town is named, or when the evidence describes service across that market. Affiliate columns are stored and shown as reference. Cove does not run those programs.

  Possible duplicate of SiteBox Storage, flagged because the businesses may share an address and phone. The Greenville seed still records L & L at 15 Burty Rd with no phone, and SiteBox Storage at 550 Augusta Arbor Way, Piedmont, (864) 295-7103. Both rows are kept. L & L stays off town pages, the metro hub, the provider page, and the sitemap until the records are confirmed as different businesses.

Flags live in data/listing-flags.json. The seed is idempotent: hidden rows stay in the database and off the public pages until the flag is removed.

What is not in here

• No Google Places content.
• No pages scraped from storage competitors.
• No live prices, unit sizes, or availability for facilities.
• Neighbor listings are private drafts and are not part of the open dataset.
